Arrival in Kathmandu
Airport transfer and hotel check-in, followed by city sightseeing. Evening: a strategic-planning kickoff session and a welcome dinner.

Pokhara & leadership coaching
Travel to Pokhara with a boat ride on Phewa Lake, then a leadership-coaching session and team challenges, capped by a lakeside networking dinner.

Strategy & wellness
Morning strategic-planning workshops in the conference facilities, then wellness sessions and nature walks. Optional paragliding over the valley in the afternoon.

Mountain sunrise & farewell
